How to Get Clear Skin Overnight Using Home Remedies

Having clear skin is something that almost every woman has always wished for and constantly strives for. The end result is a cosmetic bag full of unwanted products and a cluttered bathroom closet. Having clear skin is not only essential to look beautiful, but to feel beautiful as well. Certainly the line of BB’s, Illuminating Pen or Concealer can give you that flawless look, but why spend so much on something artificial when you can get it naturally. You read that right. Here are certain home remedies that promise to give you clear skin over-night and take the concept of skin rejuvenation to a whole new level:

Water and Ice

I’m sure you are aware of the importance and relevance of keeping your skin hydrated throughout the day. You should consume at least 2 liters of water everyday, and make sure to drink a full glass immediately after you wake up and just before you go to sleep. Water not only helps in flushing out the excess toxins and improves blood circulation, but also maintains the body’s fluid rate. In addition, ice-cubes can work wonders for your skin. Wrap 3-4 pieces of ice cubes in a towel cloth and rub them gently across your face to get rid of any form of skin inflammation or irritations. Use the cubes again at appropriate intervals to ensure that your face does not get numb.

Besan (Gram Flour) and Haldi (Turmeric) Pack

Did you know that cleansing does not always involve a chemical product or soap? Yes strange as it may sound, nature has stored the goodness of skin rejuvenation amidst the most common house-hold products. Whatever your skin type, you can use a mixture of besan and haldi with a little amount of honey as a natural cleanser in order to get glowing skin. This is thanks to the product’s anti-bacterial and skin lightening properties. To get that de-tanning effect, add two table spoon of yogurt to the mixture, and you are then good to go.

The Toothpaste Trick

Just when you thought of splurging on a whole new range of artificial skin products to make that ugly acne disappear, we surprise you again. Walk a few steps into that bathroom and get hold of that white toothpaste tube. Now squeeze out portions of it to cover your acne and leave it to dry over-night. Wake up the next morning and wash it off using cold water and voila!! Where did the pimples go?! Apparently the Triclosan present in the toothpaste not only kills the acne bacteria but it also gets rid of any additional skin redness or irritation.

The Aztec Clay Mud Pack/ The Lemon-Honey Face Pack

For those suffering from oily skin, try the Aztec Clay mud pack to get that lustful radiance. Mix two table spoons of Aztec Indian Clay with an appropriate quantity of plain water or rose-water, and apply the paste on your face while avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for 25 minutes maximum or until the point the pack complete dries off and then wash off your face with plain water. This method not only absorbs the excess oil from your face, but it also gives you that demure glow.

People with dry skin can squeeze out two lemons to extract the juices and then mix it with 2 table spoons of honey. Apply the gooey mixture on your face and keep it on for about 20 minutes. Wash it off with mildly cold water and dry your face with a damp towel. We suggest both of these packs, based on the individual skin types, and preferably to be tried at night, since the lemon or the aztec clay may cause skin irritation for some if exposed to sun immediately afterwards.

So that is our list of home remedies to help you get that clear skin over night and wake up feeling great in the morning. Try them out and let us know how it works for you.
